Grace & Crumbs has been featured on television and in print for its work in sourdough, fermentation, baking as lifestyle medicine and helping people reconnect with nourishing food traditions.

Baking as Lifestyle Medicine
When I first joined a free online sourdough webinar in 2020, I had no idea it would spark a journey that would transform both my baking and understanding of food.
Driven by a passion for fermentation, nutrition, and community education, I received a scholarship to study through The Sourdough School in the UK, lead by the amazing Vanessa Kimbell.
Today, through Grace & Crumbs, I combine my expertise in sourdough and Baking as Lifestyle Medicine to help others discover that bread can be so much more than a staple food—it can be a pathway to nourishment, connection, and wellbeing.
